    First time, everyone should try this.

    After exchanging a few PMs with Sig357 he convinced me to try my cooking skills at homemade pizza. I finally did it last night. Wow, it was interesting and fun to create my own pizzas. However, although I am quite experienced at cooking; this may have been the most challenging thing I've tried. And.... the most rewarding. The Pizza dough (an Italian friend's family recipe) was pretty easy to make. However, rolling out the dough and getting to the pizza stone for the first time was quite challenging and stressful. I used all the best ingredients and some vegetables from my garden. I can't wait to try this again.

    We pre-heat the stone for 30 minutes at 475 degrees. We assemble the pizza on a pizza peel and put it onthe stone that way. Takes a few tries before you get good at it without having the toppings go flying.

    Making your own pizza is much better in my opinion. It's great for a family to do together. The best part is you pick the ingredients.
