    I ate roadkill in Texas - didn't find out until later though...

    My friend faund a fresh Havelina pig dead on the road, took it home, grilled it up and had a party serving pork tacos. They were good and no one died, but my stomach turned when I found out it was roadkill...

    What's the big deal, dead is dead. We ate roadkill deer a couple of times growing up in NY. Mom bagged her limit a few times over the years...

    Restaurants ... butchers ... canned/tinned food makers ... Who knows what's in what. You never truly know, unless you catch/clean/prep it yourself.
