    Ted Nugent's Gun Country

Anyone catch the premier of Uncle Ted's new show on Discovery last night?

I watched the first half, but I had to work early this morning, so I needed to get to bed. It's pretty much exactly what you'd expect. Ted shooting guns and talking about them. The half I caught featured him heading to Larue and buying a new PredatAR to thin his herd of scimitar-horned oryx. He followed up by visiting some preppers, running their zombie course, and going to town on their bunker wall panels with a ma-deuce.

So yeah, exactly what you'd expect. I'll probably catch a couple more episodes before I decide one way or another.

Why would you want to shoot a vacuum cleaner?

Oryx is a brand of vacuum cleaner...I think

I'll check it out. Always like gun stuff, and am intelligent enough to sift through the garbage to get enjoyment out of stuff if there is any to be had!

    Yeah, I watched it.

Not bad! I got to say it's much better than "Sons of Guns".

I never cared for his music but, he seems like he's a good guy. He must be because I hear tell the government is hassling him pretty good?

I still watch Sons of Guns, just because I like seeing the cool toys, but they like to drama it up a bit too much. Gun Country is so far just Ted genuinely loving guns and playing with them.

    So far, so good.

I especially liked the little interplay with his wife.

My favorite part: Ted saying "If they dropped me in the middle of Brazil with just what I have on, I'd be king in about an hour and a half"

And he has a personal range master? Nice. Lol.
You gain strength, courage, and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You are able to say to yourself, "I have lived through this horror. I can take the next thing that comes along." . . . You must do the thing you think you cannot do. Eleanor Roosevelt

I always loved Ted. To bad he isn't a nominee for president.

I enjoyed it. I'll watch just because he's THE NUGE and I respect his unapologetic support of our troops and our 2A rights. Plus, his wife is hot. ;)

Haven't seen the show. But what I like about Ted? What I like is that he doesn't give a fat, flying rip what I think of him. He sure does have some fun though.

Don't you know the government is monitoring all the TVs that tune in to his show? Expect a fleet of black helis to be overflying your house any time now.
