I will jump on the band wagon with the following advice
1) Ditch the supplements and energy drinks
2) Eat real food, not too much and mostly plants. If your grandmother wouldn’t recognize it as food don’t eat it, i.e. fast food and prepackage meals.
3)Go see a doctor and get some exercise, if you start walking just 3 miles a day you will probably see a dramatic improvement in just a few months
Don't look for or expect a magic cure
Looks like it has been said before:
1). Drop the synthetic vitamins, eat your whole foods like veggies and lean proteins.
2). Cut down on the sugar
3). dump the energy drinks. I play lots of sports and while the 5 hour will wake me up, It makes me play my sports slower, I can't run as fast while on the 5 hour energy drink. So I stopped using it.
4). cut out drinking all soda, drink more water.
5). Start by walking and build up to some exercise routine.
You will sleep better and feel better in a week or so and find you save money because you are not purchasing all that stuff your body does not need. So you can purchase more ammo.
