    Awesome. Thanks for sharing that.

When they aren't irritating the fool out of me, I very much appreciate our Marines!

Thanks for sharing that. It certainly is heart-warming to see selfless acts like that.

Sure are glad we've got boys like that in the world today. These are the people who leave the world a better place then they found it.

The boy has heart to begin with to even be in that race. He possibly learned a great lesson about his fellow man and hopefully will spread the word. And the parents of that Marine should be damn proud. Thanks for posting that.

Thank you! I had a rough day, and I needed a story like that!

You know, there are stories every day like that, but we never hear about most of them.

C'mon Gshellback! What kind of sailor posts a story about a Marine doing a good deed? What is wrong with you? And you call yourself a sailor?

Now JD and Buckeye will be prancing around here like a couple proud peacocks for the next few days......sheesh. : )

    I know, I know.......

Ben's story was as moving, if not more so, than Pfc. Morgan's actions. They both deserve to be honored (there I said it, dad-gumbit)
