Need Suggestions - Vacation at Beach Resort - How to carry at the minimal Beach?
Well, finally going to go on a sunny vacation in a beach resort on the Gulf for a week. The dinners and being in the room are no problem, since I'll be wearing real clothes then.
Going to have to go bare minimum on the garmets at when on the beach (no dockers or fanny packs), according to the wife.
Can anyone help me on the best options for CC?
Granted, I won't get into the salt water with my CC weapon, but what about hanging at the beach and being as minimal (I mean she demands minimal) as possible?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Disclaimer:
My opinion shouldn't be taken seriously due to the fact that I've been shooting guns for over 30 years and have only recently been active on gun forums, where all the real world knowledge apparently is.

I dunno how many of ya'll are gonna be there, but if there's at least a handful of ya, then designate a 'beachmaster' to stay with the stuff while you frolick and play. Just you and the Mrs.? Tougher call then. If your in the water then leaving a firearm 'unescorted' on the beach isn't an option. Lock it up in the room and ENJOY the vacation.
A small sidearm pocket carried is best but I dunno what your EDC options are. IWB while in my cargo-pocket britches always worked for me when beach-combing.
Have a good time!

Seems like the perfect place to sport a loud Hawaiian shirt.

Who says that's a requirement? Sounds more of a preference, to me, and refusal to accept reasonable accommodations for the legal requirements.
IMO, on a beach situation, with the exception of during swimming, a small fanny pack's not a bad way to go. It allows "proper" swim shorts and light shirt, without having to worry that much about concealment. In some states, a defensive sidearm peeking out from under a shirt, remember, is equivalent to brandishing/menacing, for all the "terror" in the public it is presumed to cause. If going to one of those states, IMO it might be better to keep the sucker fully concealed, and a fanny pack's an effective way to do that, if stripping down to the bare essential clothing.
Of course, if going into the water, remaining armed (at least with a firearm) isn't going to be that practical. A folder knife always works, though, and it's easy to have concealed on a pair of swim shorts.

Since your wife is already wearing the pants, go ahead and let her wear the gun.

You can't hid a gun in a Speedo. But then, neither can anyone else. Enjoy your vacation and don't let paranoia spoil it.

Oh SNAP!

I find that the Ruger LCP is a perfect companion for beach wear. Most swim suits these days have a pocket large enough to pocket carry a .380 LCP just fine.
On the beach in swim wear is one of the few times my LCP would be my primary gun instead of being my BUG.
One of the main reasons I bought a Ruger LCP was for deep concealment options. It's small enough that there's really no excuse to go anywhere without it.

ANGLICO, now you can carry two guns on the beach. You're all set.
