    We speak spanish at home and I think this is just another BS waste of time lawsuit that will get tossed.

    If that poor, misguided "victim" can't earn an "honest dollar" suing the city, maybe he'd have a better chance of "achieving the American Dream" by suing his lawyer for malpractice. . .
