    I didn't have that kind of pull back then... However, my wife always makes 2 so there's plenty of leftovers for Iggy.

    Of all the things my mother use to make for dinner, meatloaf was the LEAST liked! To this day, I can't stand it! I can eat almost anything that isn't some weird, exotic crap that most americans wouldn't eat anyway, but meatloaf is on my "don't ever want it again" list! If I were really, really, really hungry I could tolerate it--as long as I had a bottle of Tabasco sauce to drown it in!

    My mom always made scalped potatoes and baked beans with bacon with the meatloaf. Mostly on cold winter evenings so the oven would warm the kitchen.

    Still one of my favorites.
