Well, in the already unlikely event of zombies, I'd imagine fast zombies would decay faster, but who knows, maybe activity keeps them going? I'd just bunker down and wait for the first good rain. Wet clothes + Rotting flesh? Streets will be clear in a week. Then again...you get that T-Virus thingy going... :P
