Just see it all as a red X ring! You'll do fine!
I'm sure you will do fine.

I had no prob with the NREMTP exam about ten years ago. It wasn't as hard as the Texas paramedic test, and I passed it first time too. I bet you'll do fine.
Good luck on the test. You'll do just fine.
Serve my country, swear an oath to protect it, pay my taxes, fly old glory in the front yard, love and protect my family, honor the vets before me and help fellow americans in need.
By definition my country now calls me a radical
I'm assuming this is for Basic and not Medic...
Just remember, the test is built to make you feel like an idiot, you WILL get about half the questions wrong, guaranteed. That's how it's designed. Choose the answer that is most right and move on. Even though AHA and common sense says CAB, the NREMT is still ABC. Airway first, then go in order. If there's a choice between opening airway, and anything else, choose airway.
I would have also said don't do it on a Fri/Sat, but alas it's too late for you, haha.
Yeah, it's a bit too late for scheduling recommendations. I'm also finding that every single curriculum out there has a different opinion on what are normal vital signs for adults and peds and infants, etc. Some lump infants with neonates and some do not. For some heart rate for children is 80-120 for others it's 90-120. Don't even get me started on respiratory rate and BP. How the heck am I supposed to get it right if they can't!?!?!

Breathing and a pulse are pretty vital in all age groups LOLSo, wish me luck, and if you have any tips on remembering normal vital signs for the different age groups I'm all ears.

GO STEELERS!
You'll do fine. I passed the Basic, Intermediate and Paramedic (each of them on the first try) and I'm sure you're as smart as I am.If you're concerned, thats a good sign. Stress is what probably motivated you to study all year long, and is what made you learn. I sat next to a guy in Paramedic school that didn't have stress, he didn't really care, and he ended up flunking out of class.
You are doomed! DOOMED! I say!...seriously just go and do.
It is pardonable to be defeated but never surprised.

All this worry and you'll probably ace the test!
NREMT testing was just getting started when I was an EMT, so I never got around to taking the test. (Only stayed EMT certified for 6 years.)
