We're refinancing our house at 3.75% for 30 years. This is amazing to me! In 1981 we bought a house in NC and paid 14.5%.
This is probably the last house before the "home" so 3.75% makes me happy! :danceban:

If the indicators get much stronger that we may be headed into hyper-inflation you might want to consider making a major purchase soon with a stronger dollar & on a long term credit plan and then paying it off in future devalued dollars. Timing is everything though.
