    We're refinancing our house at 3.75% for 30 years. This is amazing to me! In 1981 we bought a house in NC and paid 14.5%.
    This is probably the last house before the "home" so 3.75% makes me happy!
    It may be that your sole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

    Nice. makes me want to look to refinance with those rates.

    Yup, there are some surprising upsides to a deep recession. It is always a matter of whose ox is getting

    If the indicators get much stronger that we may be headed into hyper-inflation you might want to consider making a major purchase soon with a stronger dollar & on a long term credit plan and then paying it off in future devalued dollars. Timing is everything though.
