Why is it that a body part that has recently had surgery (Knee) seem to sprout a bulls eye that's invisible to the naked eye?
I can saw with 100% certainty that my 2 Boston Terriers can see it and they don't miss. I never knew they could flat foot a jump 3 feet sideways till now!

I have this theory for sometime:
This dumber the order/decision that is made is directly proportion to the amount of time a neck tie has been worn.
Why you ask? Neck ties must cut/restrict the amount of blood flow to the brain.
I gave up neckties loooong ago. They don't go well with Tees, shorts, and sandals.
