Oh, Hollywood...

I love watching action movies. Especially the ridiculous ones. You know, the latest Die Hard, A-Team, etc.

After becoming more of a firearms guy, I've started to REALLY enjoy them.

I'm actually watching A-Team right now. There's been several scenes now where one of the characters gets quite upset, pulls their gun, racks the slide, and then points it at the individual they're upset with. Yet, whenever they're actually in a combat scenario, no need to rack the slide - just bang bang bang. Pick one! Do you carry one in chamber or not?! I love Hollywood.

What other great (ridiculous) gun-related movie scenes do you enjoy?

I laugh when they add the sound effect of a slide racking and the actor is holding a revolver or when they add the sound effect of the hammer being cocked and the gun has no hammer.

Or when they add the sound effect of a slide racking when everybody shoulders their weapons (without any charging of their weapons).
