Jellied cranberry sauce with the unmistakable creases and lines from the can! Love that stuff.

I'm a sucker for gravy. Love the stuff and could drink it like soup.

I'd rather be lucky than good any day

There's nothing that will change someone's moral outlook quicker than cash in large sums.

Majority rule only works if you're also considering individual rights. Because you can't have five wolves and one sheep voting on what to have for supper.

My Granny's homemade stuffing, very moist not dry, served with giblet gravy. It was made with homemade cornbread. Yum! Had it when I lived with my grandparents in the late 60s when I was in high school.

I am happy with any kind of food except raw okra. Never put that stuff in a salad - you'd think a mass of snails had gotten there ahead of you and slimmed it. We once had spagetti and brussles sprouts - it was all we had at the time. One time I had my homemade chicken noodle soup for breadfast, lunch, and dinner because I was the only one home - it was wonderful! Several Thanksgivings we had pizza and we were thankful.

I've always thought it was about the Thankfulness and less about the food - but I do like food of all kinds and I'm thankful for it all. LOL
