One of the problems with "fixing America" is one half thinks were on the right track and the other half thinks were not.
Heck...........Texas would just succeed the Feds and keep it all rollin' as part of Texas. Maybe some reparations, but who knows.........maybe the Feds would owe Texas, what with all of the unrecorded liabilities accruing to military and NASA employees via retirement benefits :rofl:Quote:
Texas wouldn't be out of tens of thousands of jobs, if NASA and the military pulled out
Easy. We jettison the half that think we're on the right track. :lolp:Quote:

You know, this country was founded by a secession movement.... the colonies seceded from Britain in 1776.... just sayin'.
It has always been this way, basically. Even the Founders had severe disagreements and what they came up with was by vote! There seems to be a persistent myth in our culture about some good old days when the USA was some united Shangri-La.
Whatever changes are needed will continue to be done as usual, by vote or - :hand1: behind closed doors :hand1:.
