    Awesome! Sharing is caring!

That's the problem with today's world. One guy would rather make a ton of money and not share.

Would I rather run a business who has 3 employees that get paid $333,333 each a year or 20 employees that make a decent $50,000 a year?
    I'd rather support more people!

First I'd move out of Ca, buy Chicago, fix it up and flip it. Then I'd donate all that money to shriners hospital. I'd probably have more fun giving a lot of the money away than spending on myself. What would I need with THAT much dough? Of course I'd live comfortably, but I'm sure some of my time would be spent hunting down needy families and magically showing them their new home. Man that would be fun. Oh, and my kids would still have to work for what they get and earn things for themselves. I suck, too bad, so sad.

That would buy you about ~2 city blocks, at best. Probably not even that.

Colorado mountain land sounds good. About 3000ac would do nicely. And a "winter" place somewhere warm ...

Invest it over seas just like the other wealthy people do. Sounds like it's just the American thing to do.

If Chicago is too pricey I bet you could buy most of Detroit.

Evidently I'm giving it all to someone else.

LOL...no, not what you think; he had already retired when he won. He's done fantastic things for the town with the money.
Just a few have been: 750k grant to Hospice, rebuilt the picnic pavilion in the park, bought a state-of-the art CSI van for the county, purchased all the firestations serveral new firetrucks, donated 7k just recently to the Senior Center for some new kitchen equipment, I could go on and on. He's one example of someone who won the lottery and has spent it forward.
