Syria has reportedly mixed the components for Sarin gas. This will get very ugly in a hurry. Look for that whole region to kick off a regional war in short order.
Once again, here we go sticking our nose into that regions business.

Nah. It will get ugly inside Syria, but no regional war.
NBC (I'm not talking about the TV network) posture sucks! They are trying to use them, however, the only good employment method they have is by aircraft spraying at low level. In that threat environment, against a dedicated defense with heavy weapons..... I would not want to be that Pilot! Easy kills......
Even in the indirect delivery form they have, mortors or arty, it is very effective only in the direct burst radius of the shells.
1, 2, 3, 4 I declare an air war. We do not need to put boots on the ground in Syria. I remember the invasion of Iraq. I was sitting in Kuwait and every time the air raid siren went off we had to put all our chemical gear. I just sat there praying that my gear made by the lowest bidder would work.
This whole thing is a cluster. We have governments trying to negotiate with someone who fully understands that when he leaves office he is a dead man. HE IS A DEAD MAN! HE KNOWS THIS! "Stepping aside" has never been an option. We threaten strong sanctions etc if he escallates! Why would we think he cares about that? There is nothing anyone can offer him. All he has left is his body count in the history books.
The people we need to talking with are the most senior officers who may have an expectation of surviving the next six months. They are the ones that can benefit from refusing to deploy WMDs.
Sarin gas is no joke............and will be taken as an act of war towards humanity not just Syria......big mistake if this happens.
The S is about to HTF.. :icon_neutral: Paying attention to this..
We need to ship the Rebels a few cases of Burritos so they can deploy their own Gas
Another mid east war, not that big a deal. Hope not too many people die.
Glass parking lots...we can drill for oil through glass, right?
No. Without getting into the immorality of nuclear arms they also have the little know side affect of *FREAKIN RADIATION! So we may want to avoid that area for a while afterword.
* Im just playin, not realy mad or anything, I hate that you cant here someones tone or see someones face at times like this.Kills the joke.
And knows full well that all that "sanctuary" is is a prison cell he gets to decorate. And when his presence becomes inconvenient he will be handed over to the world court for trial or get a little polonium in his salad dressing. He can die alone as a "guest" somewhere or he can wait until the rebels are knocking on his door and be at ground zero for his gas attack.
This is his Alamo.
I say let Russia handle it, they need something for their young kids to do, ours are already busy. Assad gets defeated then these same folks we saved now we will be fighting again ourselves down the road. It's bad to say but it's the truth. I don't think they understand help when they get it. This dog will bite ur hand when u feed it.
I heard that Sarin gas is made from Iocane powder. I spent the last few years building up an immunity to Iocane powder.
