From what I can gather from the headline of this story, this British man (The only description of him), decided to blow up American targets for no apparent reason. (sarcasm off)
Obviousy this is another Muslim extremest, and it just kills me at the length the reporters go to try to hide this fact. I was very disappointed in Foxnews, until I realized the article was actually from AP, and then it made sense.
