Mine is me in my green belt (TKD) just before my purple belt test, the last belt I obtained before it was "suggested" by my Orthopedic Surgeon that I change disciplines before I need 2 knee replacements.

Mine is a pic of a cow elephant that is " somewhat" people friendly. She is on a game reserve in the Limpopo province of South Africa, and is used to raise orphaned calves.

I had been feeding her sunflower seeds, which she really likes, and when I was posing for this pic, she was walking up behind me for more seeds.
It was very difficult to stand still for the pic knowing she was walking up behind me.
I also stop and visit her, bringing lots of American treats for both her and any little orphaned calves she may be raising.

If you look at the pic closely, you can see the back of a baby elephant on the lower right.

That's a good story to hear. I always thought you had crappy SA for letting an elephant sneak up on you like that!

Well, I didn't have one before this thread but had been thinking about it. Went with the USAF Small Arms Expert Marksmanship Ribbon since I earned the right to wear it.

I don't take myself too seriously. I'm not professionally trained, I'm not ex-military, and I don't fool myself into giving self-defense "advice." I have opinions, and sometimes the opinions are well thought out, and sometimes they are not. If you read my posts, you'll be able to tell which ones are which.

Me, my wife and her 4 siblings.

My dad was AAF training in gliders for the invasion of Japan. Father-in-law was a ground pounder, 96th infantry, who survived the invasions of Leyte and Okinawa, but the next one would have been the biggie.
