We might have had an apocolypse if not for all the citizens armed with AR-15's and AK-47's. You can't measure how well a deterrent worked if it was a non-event.

I spent the entire day in the surgery waiting room of the best hosipital in the area (made sure I had the basics in the car... just in case... Booze, ammo, smokes and some MREs for bug out).
I figured that if the SHTF, I might as well be at a Hospital. There was a larger than normal presence of LEO that day (my observation). Not sure why... could have been a gang banger alert, as those happen and they really monitor the Emergency Room areas for retaliation attacks.
Note: I was there as support for one of my Viet Vet friends (She - Air Farce, one of my Riding buddies) was having some internal work done. It all worked out very well. Long day. No end of the earth.............. bummer, I was hoping for some excitement.
Socialism Kills! Time proven, with a very large body count! We are a Constitutional Republic....... not a Democracy, get it correct!

Seems like I've been seeing at least one of them walkers every day. Actually, come to think of it, I didn't see a single walker on Sunday.
I thought since the mail had stopped coming that that was a pretty good sign that the apocalypse had started...you know, the whole breakdown of communication thing.
If I told you how long it has been since I received a fax, you'd probably think I was a complete nut job for not mentioning it sooner because this was probably a clear sign the zombie apocalypse was on the way since communications tend to get disrupted very early on during crises.
Anyway, if there is no zombie apocalypse, I'd sure like to know where my mail is???
