    Pretty compelling stuff.
    At least Stone & Kuznick have done their homework;
    Oliver Stone to RT:

    From article;

    Americans are living in an Orwellian state argue Academy Award-winning director Oliver Stone and historian Peter Kuznick, as they sit down with RT to discuss US foreign policy and the governments disregard for the rule of law.

    Compelling, indeed.

    Rule of law and leisure of technology have not given solution to the ontological conundrum of man. Thus, the cycle continues.

    Interesting video. The points made around the 12 minute mark (e.g., people today treating the symptoms instead of root cause, 5 minute attention span, being manipulated by the media, etc.) are pretty powerful.

    Very good read but just brings to the forefront what most of us have known since Jan. 2009. Typical of today's mindset, discuss the ever increasing willfull disregard of our Constitutional rights, destruction of our past way of life and our present and future freedom, but presented no recommendations on how to prevent the upcoming fall of America to just another 3rd world country status. IMO, there was good intent to bring the series to the masses but without giving them a possible course to take it becomes just another means to make a $$$$$

    I don't think they had any new thoughts that most of us haven't had already. Technology just makes it easier for the government to do what they've been doing for a long time.
    I bet Oliver Stone was a big supporter of the President, so he's part of the problem, not part of the solution. Oh, and of course, it's all really GEORGE BUSH'S fault.

    It may be that your sole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.
