It is a very entertaining show that has some good writing. Should it be award winning? No. But it is a favorite of mine with a kind of old school good guys wear white hats and bad guys wear the black hats.

It's way more exiciting to watch it than to live it here in Central Ky.

Yes, I do like "Dirty Hairy". I think I'll check it out on Netflix although I doubt I'll be able to catch up before next Tues.

I watched the "Walking Dead" backwards too. I've seen the whole series now except for the first couple of episodes of season 3. I'm waiting for that season to come out on Netflix too. I hope it does before it resumes in Feb. so I can be completely caught up.

    JeanLouise,

It's good but like most of the new ones if you pick it up mid series you'll miss a lot. Pull the first few at least (to learn the characters) for what ever On Demand you have. It is well written and well acted, and pretty straight forward but be ready for a couple of "Oh My" kids leave the room moments...

We have watched every episode since day 1 of the first season.

We were real big fans of the HBO critically aclaimed series Deadwood and liked the Timothy Olyphant's character of Seth Bullock.

We were also fans of the FX series The Shield, and Walton Groggin's portrayal of rogue detective Shane Vendrell.

Both actors give very strong performances so we naturally looked forward to seeing the pilot episode of Justified, and it did not disappoint.

It is most definitely worth watching. And definitely would watch the first three seasons on Netflix when you have an opportunity. (It's always better to get the back story from the prior seasons, so catch up as soon as you can).
