What's the Word I'm Looking For?

A politician get a majority of the poplar vote, or electoral college votes, and gets elected to office.

Before he / she or "it" takes responsibility for that office, in most cases they must be sworn it, correct?

Every swearing in I've taken in the military, or heard first hand by congressman, representatives or presidents contains, " to uphold and support the Constitution of the United States of America".

When he, she or "it" takes office, it's very apparent in many cases they are doing everything in their power to usurp and destroy their "oath of office". If this be the case, what ONE word would you assign to describe that individual?
