I got a better idea have a covert vehicle follow the buses and whomever throws a rock(Deadly Missile) gets shot.I'm gonna bet once the word gets around ,no more buses get hit with rocks

You have made an assumption that they can read and will read the flyers. I doubt that they will. My best guess is that the flyers will become just more added litter on the streets.

I've got a veritable arsenal. Gravel driveway...Come and Take It. I've got a Crossman Wrist Rocket and Paslode Nailgun that'll keep just about anyone out of my yard for a good long while. :-)
