    Hope you get well soon and can be back to fully carrying the way you prefer. While you're at the gun store, look for a pocket carry alternative!

    I had my herniated disk(L5) fused to the L4 in 2008 (48yr.s old) and it has been maybe 50% better.
    I was originally seeing a chiropractor, andfor several years that was keeping the problem aleviated.
    Then my ins. switched and it wasn't covered anymore, stopped going and pow, it got really bad.

    The chiropractor had a all digital decompression table(really modern) and THAT really helped keep my spine stretched good to where it helped immensly.

    I carry IWB on the side where it was a problem and I can tolerate it pretty well.
