My method of making a statement on the 2A.
I currently have a rubber stamp on order from the local print shop and have already picked 100 two-dollar bills from the bank. When I receive the stamp all of the bills will be stamped on the front and back with “Support The Second Amendment” I will then use at least one with each cash transaction or use them as tips.

Very good. People tend to remember those who give them a two dollar bill, as you just don't see them much anymore.

I didn't know you could get 2 dollar bills anymore. Great idea!

The $2 bills get pulled from circulation rather quickly as no one wants to deal with them. Retailers hate them. You'd be better off with fives or ones.

But if you're making a statement about the second amendment, the $2 bill is better.

Not if it's not being circulated.

Somebody paid today with 5 $2 bills and tipped the cashier another one. They're still in the till for second shift and I did give one away, but I agree by the end of the night they will probably be sent to the bank with the deposit because like $1 coins they are harder to remember to count right and end up throwing people off as several different managers count tills and make deposits throuought the day. Anythig out of the ordinary leads to mistakes.

Although 2 dollar bills is a good way to go, why not stamp every bill you get? Although 2 dollar bills corresponds with the 2A, the message can be spread on ANY dollar bill.
I was thinking that it was illegal, but found out it is illegal to deface money with the intent to render it unusable. I like the idea.

I do plan on stamping plenty of other bills; I’m using the two-dollar bill as a statement and an eye catcher since people do not see them often.

Ahh, Hemmmm. Not to rain on your parade, but isn't there a law against defacing U.S. Currency?
Just thought you may consider that.

seems like every time I buy something with a $20, $50 or a $100 the cashier immediately defaces each bill with a test marker... apparently not a widely enforced law :)
plus, one could always say: "it was that way when I got it!"

The key word in that law is "fraudulently" defacing, as in making a 10 into 100. Otherwise, without "fradulent" intent, you can write and scribble to your heart's content.
