    If the cops had a reason to frisk, then that is fine. Cops don't (as a general rule) go around frisking everybody for the sake of it. I highly doubt that they gathered all these kids up at a skate park for no reason than to just feel them up or "nut tap" them. As Rock and Glock said, there's a big difference between LEOs and TSA.

    The point wasn't that nobody got hurt, so it's fine, the point was that they weren't even hitting the youths' genitals. It was a simple frisk. The fact that nobody got hurt was merely evidence that it was just a frisk.

    When I was clicking on the video I was expecting to see some horrific shot to the groin, doubling over and moaning...Nothing.

    What I did see was a bunch of kids smirking, flashing hand signs to whoever was filming and generally acting like jerks.
    No one reacted to the search with so much as a flinch.

    I feel sorry for the police having to waste their time with kids who have given them a reason to search them.

    I've seen kids give each other wedgies that were worse.

    I didn't see anything that was too out of the ordinary for LEO's it was a frisk and a lot less invasive than how I was taught.
