Their Sportswear and Accessory line, which includes spare parts, can be shipped to an individual - unlike their guns. Simple distinction, don't read anything into it.

Like the President gave his speech and everybody got an e-mail that their thirty round magazines were shipped today. I'm doing high fives to the ghost of Christmas past.
