Old age ain't for wimps...but it beats dying young.
    HELL TO GET OLD...

Two medical students were walking along the street when they saw an old man
Walking with his legs spread apart. He was stiff-legged and walking slowly.

One student said to his friend:
"I'm sure that poor old man has Peltry Syndrome.
Those people walk just like that."

    The other student says:
"No, I don't think so. The old man surely has Zovitzki Syndrome.
He walks slowly and his legs are apart, just as we learned in class."

Since they couldn't agree they decided to ask the old man. They approached him
And one of the students said to him,
"We're medical students and couldn't help
But notice the way you walk, but we couldn't agree on the syndrome you might have.
Could you tell us what it is?"

    The old man said,
"I'll tell you, but first you tell me what you two fine medical students think."

The first student said, "I think it's Peltry Syndrome."

The old man said, "You thought - but you are wrong."
The other student said, "I think you have Zovitzki Syndrome."

The old man said, "You thought - but you are wrong."
So they asked him, "Well, old timer, what do you have?"

    The old man said,
"I thought it was GAS - but I was wrong, too!"
I would rather die with good men than hide with cowards
If you want to make God laugh, tell him your plans.
Politics is the art of looking for trouble, finding it whether it exists or not, diagnosing it incorrectly, and applying the wrong remedy."

One thing about getting old is you don't have to make excuses for what you say and if some one does not like it you really don't give a crap

If I had known the "Golden Years" would be this bad . . . I would have lived a lot faster and died younger!

I'm losing my hair, or my forehead is growing? I am trying to decide if a comb over would work better from my nose, or my ears?

Well getting old does make you a better thinker, you now think before you stand, you think before you stoop over, you think how it was back in the day, but most of all you think how you would do it if you had the chance to do it all over again. At my age I think someone 65 is young.

The thing is now that I am retired I stay busier than when I was working.

Old age will teach us all about vulnerability, courage and humility...if we live long enough. For me I am reminded of the old saw, "We get too soon old and to late smart."

Never pick a fight with an old man, he may be too tired and just shoot your butt!
