Worst whooping I ever got was from a cat.

I somehow greatly ticked off my sister, who promptly picked up the nearest weapon(a cat) and launched it at me at the speed of light.
The cat had been sleeping peacfully, minding its own business when she picked it up and fired it at me.

Cat...screaming through the air...wildly flailing with all claws unsheathed...hits me right in the chest.

I was wearing a pair of cut off Levi's...and that was it.

Cat attempted to run up my chest...while peeling out because he couldnt get enough traction...and finally when those claws did grab hold...up he went...raking my neck...my face...and my head where he got lots of traction from me hair and he launched himself across the living room... all in about 2 mlliseconds.

I stood there...unable to move....unable to scream...unable to do anything. In a minute I was bleeding profusely from all skin above my waist. I looked like I got attacked by a chainsaw and lost, while my sister laughed hysterically.

It took several months for the scars to heal up. I remember T-shirts sticking to my wounds for quite some time.

My sister attemped to kill me that day.
    Homicide by cat.

    It almost worked.

I would rather stand against the cannons of the wicked than against the prayers of the righteous.

We've got 2 cats, 2 dogs, 2 horses. I don't have much of a say in the matter. But I have 2 safes within 10' of me and 2 loading benches even closer so I'm happy.

Dang Hotguns . My sister chipped my front tooth with a wagon handle. I'll be sure and thank her for that now.

LOL - not really, like all pets, some come, and some go, some go one way, some go another.....
