spend more fighting Ebola than on Thanksgiving dinner. Be grateful it's being fought there, so we don't have to fight it here.

As well, there are millions in potential patents possible for those with a tool shed, ideas, or creative loved ones to tell.. (and gumption) It's an untapped technology.

What if I keep my hand over my mouth, will that be considered "concealed conversation"?

Only if you're one of the "unwashed" (aka, one of those who hires others to tear down the Constitution on his/her behalf).

Time to put an Oathbreaking meter on microphones, something that cuts of power the moment the speaker is sensed to have broken the oath to both protect and defend the Constitution. Only those with stellar, oathkeeping records in congress get near an official Oathbreaking-metered microphone*.

    * Comes with mandatory electrified wristband, inflicting a 500V zap to any oathbreaker detected. All speakers required to be so wired, if being granted authority to speak on our behalf. All speakers with any authority to speak on our behalf required to always speak at such an equipped Oathbreaking-metered microphone as a condition of hired service, on pain of incarceration, fines.

This is funny but, I hope our NY legislators don't catch wind of it. They may think it a great idea and work the midnight hours pumping out new legislation. Like the following for example. I submit them for your viewing pleasure.

If you want to speak in public you must...,

    Apply for a permit.
Have a full background check and be finger printed.
    Show due cause for applying.
Appear before a judge to show cause and be approved.
Judge may issue ''reasonable restrictions'' to your permit.
Submit for review, a full written list of all topics and opinions to be discussed.

After all, these are just a few common sense approaches, to not infringe upon your 1st amendment rights.

Is punctuation classified as an "AOW?" (any other word). Because the price on periods is horrific enough, I don't want to have to register and pay $200 each time I use one.

Yes, though it's gonna be deemed third-degree felony to conceal a loaded tongue without a license from those temporarily hired to watch such things.
