What are your top five favorite movies?

The "What are you listening to?" thread was so popular I thought this topic might be fun. Top five only.

I started out with a list of about ten or twelve and it was tough to narrow it down. But here they are.

It's kind of like how some people have a sudden and insatiable desire to talk about vampires after the Twilight series became popular, except zombies are much less gay and more likely to exist one day

The 90's were the best decade for movies, in my opinion. Shawshank is kind of depressing, but everybody seems to love that movie.

Turn the election's in 2014 to a "2A Revolution". It will serve as a 1994 refresher not to "infringe" on our Second Amendment. We know who they are now.........SEND 'EM HOME. Our success in this will be proportional to how hard we work to make it happen.

    Sophies Choice
    Gone With The Wind
    Zoolander
???...I'll have to think about the 5th one.

Sophie's Choice is probably the best acted and produced movie I've ever seen but it was so dark and disturbing I wish I could UNsee it. It's etched in my brain and I don't want it there.
It may be that your sole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.
