If you died today and stood in front of God and He asked you " Why should I let you into My Heaven?" what would you say?

I am so tired of our "two-party" system.

Yes! Glad to see more people realizing these "parties" eat from the same trough.

I came to the conclusion in 1988 that the only real difference between a Democrat and Republican was who they wanted to take from and who they wanted to give to. Since then, I either vote Libertarian or abstain unless I can find a small-government Republican. I'm glad that more people are finally understanding that fact. That said, even Hobbes was misguided when he failed to realize that the conditions under which people would choose to be governed would ultimately degenerate to the same initial condition. He wrote the following about an anarchic "state of nature". It could just as easily describe modern governments:

"To make covenants with brute beasts is impossible, because not understanding our speech, they understand not, nor accept of any translation of right, nor can translate any right to another; and without mutual acception, there is no covenant." - Thomas Hobbes, Leviathan, pt.I, ch.14, 1651.
