    A Grandparents Job . . . . .

    . . . . . is to spoil their grandchildren right?

Here is Alex, my 3 1/2 y/o grandson on an early birthday present:

For the life of me I couldn't talk him into a red helmet to save my life. Under the jersey is a Fox Race Armor chest protector, elbow pads, shin guards, etc.

Nice thing about this little Honda 50 is that it has a throttle limiter so I can keep him going slow until he gets the hang of things.

Nice, are you looking for another grandchild?

Sweet. You are going to be a good grandpa once you get the hang of it. Looks like you have a good start. My GKs are 15, 13 and 12. I am STARTING to get the hang of it myself.

BTW, what's that white stuff on the ground? I live in Memphis and am unfamiliar with that substance.

I also have a Ruger 77/22 All-Weather bolt action .22 in the safe waiting for him to age another couple years.

Quick video of Alex riding at the local track today:

We rode for 2 1/2 hours and he fell asleep on the ride home. He had a fit when he woke up and found out I had already washed his bike. I had told him before he fell asleep that we had to wash the bikes when we got home. So of course we had to go outside and wash his bike again. Good times. My son Andrew (Alex's father) is sitting on the quad in the video. He kept stalling it and was blaming it on the clutch.

Very nice, it appears you're making some great memories. My kids often speak of grandpa with, remember when we did this or got that.

    Very cute.

For the life of me I couldn't talk him into a red helmet to save my life.
Red body and a blue head. My son's also 3.5 and all into Transformers toys/cartoons. Maybe he thinks he's Optimus Prime with that color combo.
