I busted a mirror and got seven years bad luck, but my lawyer thinks he can get me five.

Wow, reading the unprofessional writing skills of the author was both painful and hilarious.

they should have let him process the deer so the animal did not die in vein. Alot of deer steaks and jerky wasted.

I read in another article that he loaded the deer into his vehicle and took it for processing.

The deer ran around a corner of the store, and Bianco hopped out of the truck, gun in hand, and “began firing multiple rounds at the deer,” Lucas wrote in charging documents.

“The defendant pursued the deer through the parking lot and across Old William Penn Highway, where he killed the deer. The defendant then loaded the deer into his vehicle and took it to a meat processor for butchering,” he said.
Obviously the deer was fleeing the scene and no longer posed a threat so Bianco is not justified in using deadly force.

So, now Wally World is both issuing Tags and letting Game 'for profit' loose on the parking lot = what a great business model! Go free enterprise!!!!!!!

Sounds a lot like pig hunting in Texas, from a Helo (not that I will ever get into one of those again = 6 'misshaps' cured me from attaching myself to a roto-wing aircraft).
