problems at the poll.

Ok so I had an issue guide the night before and was looking at the responses that each candidate replied to. The classifications were Republican, Democrat, Libertarian, Independent, and Green. Some of the better responses were Independent.

When I get to the dibold machine and card in there is only Independent selections for one or two of the contested offices. They have a wright in but I brain freeze and forget the name of the Independent I was going to vote for. You can't bring a piece of paper to the machine.

Is there some reason that the machines can't be programed for all the candidates? Who would I complain too? And why is the voting machine asking me weather I want to use English or Spanish? I wanted to use Japanese!!! It seems that they are blocking some people from running for office. Is this just me seeing this?
