    By the way, the new Data Center in UT had a ribbon cutting ceremony today = press did not cover that, did they.

    Hate to break it to you but pretty much EVERY ISP out there is already tapped and required to do so. Do I like it? Hell no, but google isn't exactly alone here... I work in the technology sector and I've been in a lot of datacenters where all of your internet and probably a good chunk of your phone traffic route through. I don't think I've been in one that didn't have a fed tap in it.
