2 eggs, sunny side up-over done
(I no longer have the capacity for subtlety in my cooking)
Slathered with daughters habanero salsa and sprinkled with something called "quesadilla cheese"
coffee (er...yeah...coffee...BUT, I'm NOT addicted and I've never tried to quit! whew...that was close)

Been at it since 6:30, but the first part of my day is always a death-march.

Not a morning person either. On my second cup of coffee. This is the last day of my vacation and I STILL got up at 6:30.

Coffee and salmon, shrimp, and onion rings from the base DEFAC..... I work nights here so my supper will be powered eggs, hashbrowns, and (maybe?) pancakes.

I try to be healthy, because I think it's smart to behave wisely. I usually have a bowl of berries mixed with bran flakes. It's actually quite tasty. It's about 300 calories, which is just enough to pace me until I have my mid-morning snack.

There are many ways to enjoy a good breakfast without missing out on flavor and eating healthy. My mid morning meal while training is
    Red potato frittata
    -1 red tater (100-150 cal)
-1/2 cup egg subsitute (egg beaters, generic brand) (60-70 cal)
-1 egg white (I put that in for a more whole egg consistencey) (16 cal)
    pepper/salt/seasonings

Two slices turkey bacon or veggie bacon on the sides (50-80 cal)

Spray oil spray (Pam) onto skillet, put chopped taters and /or onions) on skillet over medium heat, cover with lid. After 5 minutes they will be browned and tender. Pour eggs over and cover for about 5-10 minutes on low heat till done.

    Total cal <300

Hardly any cholestorol or fat. Traditional eggs and bacon will add a ton of fat and cholestoral.
Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?”
And I said, “Here am I. Send me!”

    Isaiah 6:8
