So sad...Vince Flynn passed away today.

He was my favorite author of the Anti terrorist genre. He died of advanced Prostate cancer at the young age of 47.

If you've never read anything of his you're really missing some good reads. I want to read all 17 of his books and I'm half way there.

God bless him and his family. He'll be missed.

    He has 17 books?
It is surely true that you can lead a horse to water but you can't make them drink. Nor can you make them grateful for your efforts.

Great author! Read them all, some twice. He will be missed!

That's what the report said this morning. I didn't know he had written that many but I have 5 of them downloaded on my Kindle and I've read several in paperback. I was planning on starting a new one this week.

I'm reading Mitch Rapp #10 now. I'll miss Flynn.

In that genre Clancy is #1, Flynn a very close second.

    Way too young, RIP.

I listened to Rush Limbaugh talk about him this afternoon- sounds like besides being a great writer, he was also a stellar human being. The world needs as many of those as it can hang on to. Definitely way too young. I've been thinking I need a good read...

I hadn't heard of him previously, from the posts that appears to be my loss. I intend to become better acquainted with this mans work. Thanks for posting.
