    Excellent Guide to maintaining your digital privacy

    I just came across this and found it to be the best and most current guide to protecting yourself from hackers and cyber thieves as well as government snoops.

    Check out torproject.org. It was started by two guys at MIT for the US Navy and grew from there. They have guides on how the technology works to hide your Internet trail while surfing.
