    VA permit size

    Anyone notice the Permit Size on the CHP it won't fit in the right spot in my wallet . I thought everything was bigger in Texas . Now i am going to have to cut it in half to get it to fit .

    When I got mine in Virginia it wasn't laminated either. Carry that for a little while and you won't even be able to read it. Luckily I knew someone that had a laminator.

    Fortunately I had a spot in my wallet behind where the rest of the cards go that just fit that sucker. Odd how it's larger than the rest and it just appears to be the way they laminate it.

    Yeah it's about 3/8" bigger both ways . I had to send mine back to VA they had wrong BD and Address on it . Then i had to fill out the main form again . Now i have to send my Utah back wrong address too .

    Just trim it to fit. As long as you don't cut off any important stuff it doesn't matter.

    YEP. I've had to do that to my VA CCW for the past 30 years. Trim it and laminate. Walmart has the kits for a buck or two.

    trimmed and laminated as soon as I got it. paid $0.85 at office max.

    Laminate it quick if you don't it will wear out long before it expires.
