Need someone to field test some snare traps

I have made some miniature locking snare traps that roll up tiny and fit very compactly into a mini survival kit. They roll up approx. the size of a quarter. They appear quite nice, but I'd like to have someone with actual snaring experience (someone who actually uses them in the field and doesn't just build them for fun after watching a YouTube video) to test these little guys before I start placing them in my kit and some kits I've been building for others. Snaring is legal here in TN, but I'd rather an experienced trapper evaluate these (that plus I don't want to end up catching the neighbor's cat or my own Pomeranian).

These are not made out of 24 gauge copper or brass wire that I've seen so popularly used in a lot of kits. The wire is rated up to 48 pounds but is probably best suited for squirrels and rabbits.

PM me with a mailing address and I'll get them out to you, to the continental US only please.

    Betty,

After they are field tested, have you thought about marketing them?

There's an awful lot of preppers out there who would be interested in buying a few (including me).

No, I'm not interested in marketing them. If they work great, I was going to post the materials and construction so anybody could make them. There have been locking snares with other readily available materials that others have made, but I have not seen one as compact as mine. They are easy to make and so far seem to be quite strong.
