That's "meaningful change", for sure, as promised - except for Colorado. How and why are they so different from everywhere else?

I don't have a clue as to how this is figured but did find it interesting that the states were so different. Hey, maybe Colorado is more because of no guns and more pot. People will be falling down from the pot and get shot because they can't protect themselves from the bad guys taking their pot?!

Good to see you tonight ShooterGranny! Bout crawling in the bed, electric blanket will shooth these sore muscles (Fibro again). Hope you are well and happy!

Fine as long as I keep my neck and shoulders warm and stay away from foods that are on my avoid list. If I don't do that I have fibro neck and shoulder pain symptoms. Always wear layers, even in the summer. Went to the range yesterday. Most of the guys were wearing just flannel type shirts. I had on a vest and a coat with a hood. Took coat off to shoot. Did fine - even beat Gramps by 2 seconds. (Actually, he had 4 malfunctions or he would have beat me, but a win is a win!)

Is that before or after the subsidy efforts? Why are the 'Red' flagged states predominantly (what I think of) Red-States?
Statistically, dementia is one of the greatest defeatable threats to my loved ones. The solution is to fund charities that hunt for a cure. This will also reduces the total amount of my family that has to go through it. I'm basically racing against odds.
