Something to be wary of - ATM card scam
Apparently these guys made a film-based card "trap" for use in an ATM. Read the story for more details.

I will past it along

I was sent a powerpoint file documenting this - other day. It appears to be very manageable.
Bottom line - anyone who thinks their card has been grabbed or gotten jammed - inspect the opening closely - and you might see two small pieces of film stuck to the edge. Those are what the scam artist would use to retrieve the card if you have been successfully suckered.

It's not about the caliber you carry, it's about how you USE it.

Thanks for posting. Unlike others, I use ATMs frequently, not just at home, but when I travel. The reason that I use my current bank is that I can access their machines all over the country. No fees, and no need for traveller's checks, I always check out the area before I use an ATM, and make sure that my weapon is available. But this is something I had not seen before, and it's nice to be aware of it.
