"fundamental principle of American law that a government and its agents are under no general duty to provide public services, such as police protection, to any individual citizen." [Warren v. District of Columbia,(D.C. Ct. of Ap., 1981)]

LOL at first i thought this thread was about the Randy Travis song. Three wooden Crosses. LOL in the song he said there was a farmer, a preacher, a hooker and a teacher riding on the midnight bus bound for mexico.
He then wonders in the song why there are not 4 crosses... turns out the hooker is his mother who told him the story.
Well 3 crosses 4 people... what about the bus driver? did he die too? if not why not sing about him?
Ahhh Country music!
I carry because I care.
