    No, I would run...

    Or...

Approach and ask for her number.....
Don"t let stupid be your skill set....

And Shepards we shall be, for Thee, my Lord, for Thee,
Power hath descended forth from Thy hand, So that our feet may swiftly carry out thy command,
And we shall flow a river forth to Thee, And teeming with souls shall it ever be,

Funny, I've had this talk with my wife before after seeing the Chucky promo where people are sitting on a bus bench and the lights flicker then a demonic knife wielding dolls breaks out of a billboard at you. At the time you are in fear of your safety and it has a knife, what happens if you draw and fire.

threaten to throw a kinetic object at an observed telekinetic...? sounds like a losing proposition.

I like HarryBall's phone number idea...! I'd feel safe on a date with my 642 in my pocket, and her on my elbow!

No I wouldn't have drawn. I'd be too busy in the men's room cleaning myself up after my accident.

Alice laughed: "There's no use trying," she said; "one can't believe impossible things."

"I daresay you haven't had much practice," said the Queen. "When I was younger, I always did it for half an hour a day. Why, sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast."

I would have sat there stunned in the coffee shop, but Chucky would have been dead.

I'd be outta there. No sense being a hero for coffee and a laptop.
