Cool What Are You Drinking tonite Beer wise?

Pretty straight forward I would think. Tonight I bought 3 24oz Steel Reserve beers when I was grocery shopping. We are talking 8 percent beers here. Now I know most of the folks here do not imbibe of strong spirits. I also know a few of you do. Seeing as I know what some of y'all like spirits wise who among you ain't afeared of telling the DC world what you drink in the fortified beer world??

Tonite I am indulging in Black Berry Steel Reserve. I like this flavor way more than plain old SR.

TBT I like this stuff way better than Wild Purple Beer.

    What say ye?

No beer or spirits for me. I thought about doing a shot of Jim Beam but had to go outside and pot up some bare root trees I got in the mail and forgot all about it. Maybe another day...

Ur 8% reminds me of when the flavored malt liquors with caffeine first came out. We would specifically pick whatever one had the highest %. Forget flavor lol.

They were as high as 13% and were suprisingly good.
They also were not small. They were quite big. Aaah those days, I remember drinking just one and afterwards had a nice buzz.
Jeez I cant even remember the last time ive had a drink. . . Little babies have that effect on me I guess. Or maybe ive just grown up. A cold budlight does sound delicious right now though... too bad id have to wake the baby up and drive a couple miles at 530 a.m to get some, haha id surely be looked at funny.

Beer I was talking about has since been banned or maybe had ingredients changed....was called joose

Have always liked Chimay. Brewed by Belgian Trappist Monks. Ferments a second time in the bottle. The red label is my favorite.

I am trying to avoid carbs for the time being so beer is off the menu.

Last night it was a 7oz. Corona.

I accidentally picked up a case of the "baby bottles", and I'd feel like an alchy pulling two out of the fridge.

I will decide this afternoon between one of these.

My wife made the same mistake awhile back and I was a bit bummed at the little-ness of the bottles. But I discovered that they make a great lunch beer on the weekends. I take a break from working on whatever it is out here, fix up some lunch and have one of those to wash it down. I head back out to fix the tractor or whatever without the demotivation of a full beer.
