They should charge him on any number of accounts.

Yes, unbelievable. Someone who spends hours unprotected in (way) sub-zero temps would not be up and walking around but would be suffering from extreme hypothermia if still alive. there have been previous cases where bodies were found frozen stiff or in extremely critical condition when they lived after much shorter flights.

I wonder if he was in the cargo hold? Still very cold but more protected.

I'd leave him alone, he's a highly shy and inhibited kid wanting to see his Momma in Somalia. If he needed any punishment he already got it. He doesn't need to be locked up and raped by half a youth-prison population and/or the guards somewhere.

It's not actually hard as it seems. I flew in the wheel-well of a 747, Detroit to New Zealand, last year at 66. The wife and I toured Europe in wheel-wells (separate). Have to know how to dress for it and bring good reading. (Plus a little lip-balm). No sweat...

I think sending him to Somalia is adequate punishment.

I'll go ahead and call BS on this one.

Let's see some pics inside that 747 wheel well.

Haha...yeah, me too. It's so much cheaper in the wheel well and it's almost always available, so booking a mid-week flight is easier.

Yes, they do but the savings make up for it.

Nice pics detective. I see you've gone to the Mr. Jeanlouise school of photography.
