DB I fixed water systems at the campground so much the place hired 2 guys just to install the hydrants. The formula set for one of these systems was ascertained to take 1.5 hours from start to finish. Me and another guy did an install together took us 1.5 hours or 3 man hours total. The yahoo who came up with 1.5 hours was a suit who knew nada about the problems we ran into. This was the bulk of my hours for 10 years. There were around 100 other chores/jobs we did regularly.

Working at the Park was comparable to working at BIZARRO WORLD.

Big financial loss with one of those. Now the idea is cool and if you were too rich to care then it may suite your fancy. Just like a regular camper and a car/truck as soon as you drive it off the lot you lose money. I'd go for a smaller camper to pull behind the vehicle (pop-up's are great if it isn't too hot) and find a nice place under the trees at the beach camp ground - for about a fourth of the price. Look at all the games of kiddie golf you could play and fishing pier passes you can afford by doing the camp ground thing and they got the best pools! Campground folks are the best!
